So, the question:
- is it any chance for the person who will arrive first to wait inside the terminal in any lounge? Or he will go straight to immigration from his arrival gate?
- any option to wait inside the terminal after the immigration? 7 hours is a lot... Any day room? Sleeping box?
I've been in terminal 4 numerous times. I'm not sure about a lounge after immigration, but there's lounges after security.

Wouldn't it just be easier for them to leave terminal 4 and head to terminal 3 and find a restaurant or lounge there until they can meet up with the family? I would think there's restaurants before security. 7 hours might be a lot for an average traveler, but it's not very long actually considering many layovers are 10-22 hours on international travel. There's no sleep boxes, etc it's a small airport, but if they can find a lounge they would have some loungers. I've always arrived on the domestic side and just left the airport, wasn't looking for a lounge or anything. Have them just go to a restaurant. If they buy something then they basically own the table until they leave. Good luck.
