This one stings. Not going to lie. Thanks for the moral support. I do appreciate it! Struck out on all fronts Hyatt when calling both the Globalist line and the hotel directly. It was the suite upgrades I was chasing, so at least I made the Globalist threshold. Still, a bitter pill to swallow wasting 40k points!
