Comments: at first, they wanted to give me a marvelous suite upgrade but that suite will be available after 6pm. So i turned down the offer and accepted this room instead (check-in at 10am). very good service all around. nice and spacious room, well decorated with good build-quality. the lunch buffet was a bit let down as some items i liked were missing from the buffet. the only thing that turned me off is the Momo toiletries (never smelled or used it before). Totally ruined my W experiences over the past decades.
