No offense to Boston
But. My experiences in Boston have been among the most diverse. There are some really great folks working BOS, but I've probably encountered more unpleasant NW agents there than any other station I've frequented. It can't still be bitterness from the downsizing of the mid-90s when BOS lost a bunch of flights to Europe and the connections to DC and Florida, can it?
