I was able to do this via the Twitter team before... although they did end up contacting the property (unprompted by me - I remember them saying to give them some time, which is unusual since they usually come back with a yes/no type answer in their initial response). That was probably about three years ago at the PH Tokyo. I wonder if maybe the property did something "non-standard" to try to help them process it in my case?
I'm guessing it's because it's a SLH property, and an Italian one at that. It's nbd, I'm using it at another cat 7 property on the same trip.
