Of all the superchains, I'd say look to Marriott and specifically at the pre-merger SPG brands. They seemed to understand how to do suites properly across a larger portion of their portfolio. Hilton gets suites right at the top luxury properties but some of the things I've seen at other mainstream Hilton and Embassy Suites properties are laughable.
