My very convenient local store, across the street from WM, has a newish manager. I came in two days in a row and she said I was the same customer that was here yesterday and the limit is 5 cards per customer. A new day does not make me a new customer. She said this is due to IRS and VISA rules. I wanted to tell her she was full of crap but I didn't want to get burned. I come in every day and hope she doesn't see me.
