In general, I would go with T class. The price difference (generally high) for flex tix in my view do not justify the worst-case scenario when you cancel the T class tix and must pay the penalty of 100-200 EUR (I have encountered both penalty options for T class based on the routes myself).
And there is always a chance for a full refund in case of 16 minutes schedule change...
