I heard of the 20k informal rule as well at an airport location. They had an SUV (Ford Explorer Limited) off to the side because it had over 20k. Perfect for me though because I needed to move a ton of boxes. I think this is more a rule at airport Aisle locations though because within NYC city locations, it doesn't matter.
