Delayed bags, reimbursement
Bags were 48 hrs delayed. Rep on phone told me I would be reimbursed for "necessary and reasonable" expenses but that she could offer no further definition of that term. Spent $700 to replace items that were in my luggage. Sent in receipts and got a check from AA. Getting bags delayed worked out well in this case. What is the most people have gotten from AA for delayed bags?
