You could see the cancellation penalties at the next step after choosing your flights. If it doesn't show up you would be a able to review them on the payment page before entering your credit card information.
Thanks. I went all the way to the credit card booking page and didn't see the rules and tried clicking one every link that might have the rules.

I appreciate the info about free changes for tickets booked before March 31. I didn't know that and didn't see it on the website. Thanks.
