Where are the rules for TK flexible and semi-flexible tickets?
I'm looking at booking a flight from MLE-IST. The website gives me a choice of a flexible ticket (H class) or semi-flexible (T class).

I can't find what the rules are for each ticket. Are they on the website somewhere?

What are the fees for changing a semi-flexible T class ticket?
