Simply odd as Kauai has been completely closed to tourism since April 2020 until at least May 2021 unless you do a 10 day quarantine whether or not you got a covid test.

I'll edit to add - hours after I posted the above, Kauai just announced they are open for business again with negative Covid test beginning April 5, pushed up from end of May
