The type of food seems fairly consistent across lounges. Full bar available at all lounges. Pastries, snacks, oatmeal, pancakes and later soup, salad, chips, cheese cubes, cookies, and more pancakes...
LAX - By far the worst. We somehow went from very strict, no eating or drinking, to people not wearing masks at all. Okay, that's fine, but if you're going to be relaxed with the policy, let me get my own food and drink. You have to stand behind the rope line and point and what you want.
PDX - Real silverware and glassware! All drinks, pancakes, and oatmeal behind the bar. Different snacks/salads available self-serve depending on the time of day.
SEA N - The best on every level. Biggest selection of snacks, self-serve coffee, drinks, snacks, and good salads. Espresso and soup served from behind the bar.
SEA D - Same food as the N lounge but salads have to be picked up from behind the bar. The lounge often has a waitlist during busy periods. It seems like it is based on total number in the lounge and does not account for spacing. The waitlist was active yesterday and the top was quite crowded, while there was plenty of space down below.
I agree with you that SEA N is the best on every level....love how much space there is, great view, and how most things are back to self-serve (especially LOVE the Freestyle machine and the fact that you can make your own pancakes even for dinner)....The best thing about the PDX Lounge is that the staff there ROCKS.....amazing customer service....just wish they would replace their soda machine with the self-serve Freestyle and let me make my own pancakes.
