Comments: Upgrade showed on app before arrival. Room was highest category in the property. Normally cost ~30% more expensive than standard room. Wanted to buy a bottle water on the second day from the sundry, front desk said I can take 2 bottles per day (not sure whether this was elite only).

Comments: No elite recognition during check-in or check-out, but very friendly front desk lady, who also called the room after I settled down to make sure room was ok (never seen this in North America). Room only has a small bottle of water. I got an extra one from the sundry in the evening and they didn't offer to waive the charge (I didn't ask). Received one of the recently renovated room (according to the shuttle driver in suit the next day). Hotel only has one category room listed.
