Which fares can be upgraded
I'm new to tap. Have to fly from EWR to ber and they have a great deal. I have 17k miles and think of adding some from Amex to upgrade.
As I understand any economy class fare can be upgraded? Is that really true? It's 308 euros?
That would be a great deal...
