I was planning to travel from the US to Hyderabad on British Airways at the end of the month. I know the rules are constantly shifting. Would I be subject to home quarantine even if I get a second negative test after landing? I considered the Air india and United flights but they had long lay overs at both Delhi and Mumbai.
