It is certainly a different feel than Cancun. At Baha Mar there is a lot of focus around the casino - as to get anywhere in the resort you have to go through the casino. That being said many people just ignore it, as it was pretty dead when we were there. Overall, it feels like vegas on a beach at times. Food/Drinks can be quite expensive depending on what you do.

As far as wheelchair friendly, there are certainly some routes you will need to get more familiar with that have elevators and such to get down to the pools and beach, but certainly can be navigated.
