I don't know how they keep track in other lounges, but SEA N there's no realistic way to keep track of the 3 booze limit (I'm a lightweight so that's plenty for me but FWIW). I decided to enter with priority pass to give AS the visit charge instead of my paid F ticket and there was no difference in service
They don't keep track, and I've never seen the 3 drink limit enforced. There have been several times where I've gotten more than 3 alcoholic drinks in a single lounge visit at both D and N lounges. That said, ymmv.
