I'm not quite sure what you mean. My reservation was still through National, but they just had me take a car from the Alamo side and even had me leave through the National checkout lanes. They all pull from the same pool of cars anyway, so the only difference between the two is where the car was parked.

What I mean is that if I have to deal with the jerks that work for Alamo I will just rent from someplace else.
The one time I broke my rule was MCO. Got sent over to Alamo by National for my Luxury car and was greeted by "Mr rude" He refused to allow me to take a car without "PAPERWORK" I had to walk back over to National and drag the National rep over to deal with Mr. Rude who by this time had a famly in tears because "IF YOU DON'T RECALL WHAT SIZE CAR YOU RENTED YOU CAN'T HAVE ANYTHING" (To his credit National rep dealt with them too LOL!)
