For upcoming stay, the difference between base room and an Ocean View Suite is only about $250/night. No sign of awards of course, and virtually everything in Wailea is over $700/night just for the base room.

While sitting in a Zoom meeting last Thursday I happened to check availability and the Andaz suite had opened up for the entire stay (odd since additional nights beyond the one had also disappeared from availability a couple days before). Immediately contact Hyatt via Twitter (certainly wasn't going to wait for the Concierge to respond for fear of losing the availability) and got the TSU applied.
Glad it worked out. One of the impacts of COVID seems to be higher variability in room availability, as people change/cancel their trips.
