Totally a YMMV on how valuable the suite is for you.
Welp, tried that thru my concierge and failed. They contacted the hotel and of course the answer was no because even as 3 consecutive reservations they consider it one stay and then quoted the WoH reg that says suite must be available for entire stay... At that point I asked the concierge if they could just get the hotel to guarantee a King bed (only 2 queens showed as available for award when I booked). Also a no go

These are the things I feel like a Concierge used to be able to push thru, but maybe it's just that this hotel is super stingy on awards in general.
BUT...in the end it worked out. While sitting in a Zoom meeting last Thursday I happened to check availability and the Andaz suite had opened up for the entire stay (odd since additional nights beyond the one had also disappeared from availability a couple days before). Immediately contact Hyatt via Twitter (certainly wasn't going to wait for the Concierge to respond for fear of losing the availability) and got the TSU applied.
