So I booked some avios redemption flights over the phone on Friday night, paid the taxes over the phone and used a 241 Amex voucher. Booking showing in account fine, (no email confirmation received though) but the avios haven’t been deducted, voucher still showing and the booking is showing we’ll earn avios and the 280 tier points! (Club world booking)

Sure this is just a weird thing that will sort itself out but have any others experienced this?

Also, seat selection is showing up as “only available at check in”
