Unfortunately, the issue with the C lounge is it's size & dimensions, particularly where access to the food & restrooms is a choke point for congestion trying to get to/from the bar area. To maintain social distancing, the seating capacity would be greatly reduced, including no one sitting at the bar. Too much demand, too little capacity. It doesn't take many people in the C Lounge before it starts to feel crowded.
