Even if this were the case, I'd be fine with it. I don't use social media and having an e-mail contact that responds within 24 hours to handle administrative tasks is great.

The concierge is one of the perks I value most about Glob and I don't expect "extraordinary service" (I'm not even sure what that means in this context).
