Any recent reports? I need one night in Durham in April, traveling with my family and mother in law so need two rooms. The 2BR suite here is much cheaper than two rooms downtown. Plan to go to a Durham Bulls game and check out Duke, this seems well situated. However I’d welcome any recent comparisons.
