They won't have a CHML allocated unless you order one. Therefore I suggest you don't order one for your daughter in F if your intention is to swap her out of F upon boarding to somewhere down the back. If she needs a child's meal in Traveller then assign the CHML to your name then as she'll effectively be swapping seats with you, the meal will be provided in the correct cabin to the correct seat.

Similarly any SPML requirements you need should be booked under your daughters name.
