Anyone try to get out of the annual fee for the Korean Air SKYPASS signature visa card? Called US Bank yesterday trying to either downgrade my card (which is really an awful card for the cost but when I was traveling to Asia frequently it made sense) or get a credit or annual fee waived and was told only option is close my account, or they could offer a lower interest rate which does me no good since I dont roll a balance. Seems like US Bank doesn't care about its customers.
