You probably know that on the 764 (and A350/A339), half the window seats are against the window and the other half are against the aisle. That makes a significant difference. I'd say the window-window seats are better than A332 for privacy, the window-aisle are worse. To be clear, anyone can still see in if they want to. And there are no doors on the 764 suite.
