I have the international wide version spinner and it handles most carpeting ok, but my Rimowa is king of the carpet, like any carpet. No transitioning from pushing to pulling to get over the carpet. If briggs had those wheels they would be perfect. But, I so love my Briggs much better than Rimowa because of the diverse packing ability, and it doesn't show dings and scratches. But, my Briggs is excellent for rolling down sidewalks for many many blocks over cracks and anything else. Works great in that respect.
