Yes, every TK flight after your first TK international flight.

For example, if i flew 30,000 miles in 2021 (post that first flight), none of that would count towards the 37500, i would have to fly 37500 in the year 2022 (april 2022 to march 31 2023) to keep the status. (although those 37500 don't have to be on TK metal).
You would have to fly 37500 miles in the second year. The flights you take for the 15000 miles TK requirement would not roll on for the 37500 miles requirement.
You are correct in the part that the 37500 could be on any partner, it doesn't have to be on TK metal.

Because your first year of Elite is completely dedicated to the status match promo, thus only get those miles in your second year and the deadline for the second year-end is 37500 miles. I know it's not what you want to hear but that that's how TK's system works. For further years ( for your case 2023 and onwards ), you would be able to benefit from the 25000 miles threshold for the first year but not for the cycle including your status match.

OK, this could mean that TK has resumed the status match process.
