I have to agree, I am a happy NW flyer with 100% upgrades this year. I do have a chance to fly CO F 2 times a quarter to the West Coast and can honestly say there is a vast difference.(Except on International, NW blows CO away) I would go F on CO any day over NW.

If CO platinums ever started getting 100% upgrades I would make the switch over if all I was doing was cross country.

I was on CO metal this week from IND to MAF. I was able to go F on the first leg to HOU, then had the flight on the Express Jet tin can to MAF. The worst part was on the trip home, both legs were on Express Jet. I would fly Southwest before I did that gig again! $800.00 to go to MAF in a tin can????
