I'd definately vote for Dublin, you can do the Guinness tour, the Jameson Whiskey tour, take one of those 'hop on/hop off' buses, and if all else fails-- get on a DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) for a quick trip to Dalkey--a beautiful seaside town about 20 min away. The people are very friendly, food is good and beverages are .... well Great!.
