The lounges are open. In fact, they have been open almost continuously throughout the pandemic, albeit with reduced hours.
If you are flying with KLM, then there is a morning flight from Heathrow early enough to obviate the need to stay overnight at Schiphol.
If you are determined to spend the night at Schiphol, note that the lounge currently closes at 9pm; the chance exists that this will still be the case in June. So if you arrive on a late KLM flight, or if you are self-connecting which means arriving with a carrier other than KLM, then you won't have access to the lounge on the day before your flight to Bonaire.
