SecureSpend Visas (issued by metabank). Did not try under $99. Except for when I bought the items at self checkout.

Do MB VGCs still work at that grocery store or is it a hard block on all gift cards?
I don't have any other metas, but I had some backup USB visas which worked perfectly fine at wally.
ETA: This is a different block because I also tried to load BB visa at a regular cashier register and it didn't work. Unless I just got a bad batch, but these were the same place I had been buying for awhile.
