I felt it was actually best my first stay, May 2018, with best menu variety. They had both prosecco and the self-serve bloody marys. When occupancy is low, they tend to shrink the options a bit. I believe margarita girl's comments were from a vegetarian perspective, which is a fair point. The others I would call nitpicking

The breakfast quality is definitely head and shoulders above W. Haven't tried RC. The issue I've always had with Kiree is it's a real battle to get them to make the food spicy for farang (which I usually lose).

For beach, Crystal Bay used to be the nicest on the island (IMO) but it's been ruined by algae. I agree Chaweng main is nicer due to sand quality and clearer water, and I'd probably rank Mae Nam higher too. Noi is definitely nicer than Lamai or the W.
