As to this appearing on all EK 777Xs, that depends on if EK splits its fleet into four-class and three-class (allowing business, premium economy and economy as the new standard three-class config), as it's done with the 777-300s and indeed some A380s. Not aware that EK has revealed such plans but I'd find it highly likely to have two configs across the 777X fleet.
Thank you for your insights.... I follow your logic, and agree. I am guessing that extra-long haul flights would have the best chance of F suites, based on a post in this thread where STC suggested that the A380 will serve the trunk routes, and I am guessing that if a 777X is inserted into either a trunk route or a heavily traveled medium to long haul route that there is a good chance the particular aircraft employed would include F
