Ok I remember. I had to call in with the flight credit. So just put the flight on hold and call in with the PNR. They will apply the flight credit and take cc information for the balance due.
Thanks George. Quick call to get the credit applied. On my AA account it just shows the total due for the flights; not broken down by credit and credit card. And for some reason it didn't show up immediately on the AA credit card..I assume she got it right..
