I measured the internet at a lackluster 25-30mbps throughout the building. No idea on the late check-out, but as a titanium I assume it would have been granted had I asked.
I did use a SNA just out of curiosity since it's a new hotel - it cleared, but I was informed a day before check in that the suites wouldn't be available by opening day.
