FLYUS is charging us $899 to get our refund for our flights to Europe. The flight was moved almost 48 hours later than the original departure date. 7 roundtrip tickets were purchased through FLYUS to Rome, Italy on May 31, 2020. Travel insurance was also offered and we purchased that as well. The flights were $3695.65 and the insurance was $277.13 Recently we received communication from FLYUS that the departing flight had been moved to a different day (almost 24 hours later) which we cannot do. They sent us a phone number to call (to accept the flight change presumably) but this company DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS. I have spent over a month trying to call FLYUS at all different hours. I have been hung up on numerous times, waited on hold for over an hour several times and had to leave a message (no one ever calls you back). I then tried to use their online refund request and they sent me back a quote which charges us $800 to get our money back. There also was NO mention of the $277 I spent on travel insurance through them or why they offer travel insurance and it doesn't do anything to help you. ：疯狂的：
