There is no voluntary refund for this ticket (if UA operates the flight), so another option is to wait until a few days before that flight to see if UA cancels. If UA cancels, then you can geta refund -- but otherwise no.

Thanks very much for the quick reply. Will wait hoping UA may cancel my flight. if not, will try to go ETC route. Once again appreciate the help!!
