Stopped by for the first time this morning and here were my takeaways

- current hours 530-1630 ( not sure when they will expand hours )
- cold items individually wrapped and hot items all covered in larger pot. I haven’t seen this yet an any Centurion lounge
- doesn’t have the after school detention feel of the IAH Centurion but no good views out of the windows
- the quiche was lovely.
