Clearly Non-refundable, the principal option is Future Flight Credit. You may be able to get the FFC converted to Electronic Travel Credit (ETC), good for 2 years from the date ETC is issued.
There is no voluntary refund for this ticket (if UA operates the flight), so another option is to wait until a few days before that flight to see if UA cancels. If UA cancels, then you can geta refund -- but otherwise no.
