I know nothing is guaranteed - but I see 21 June says Intl and no review - does this mean that it is highly likely Intl travel will go ahead by then? I understand May 17th is 50/50 - but it seems like June 21, unless things go badly is almost safe to say it will be fine to travel to those countries that accept Brits?
it does say "all subject to review" at the top though so I wouldn't take it as a firm date. basically no earlier than, but could be later.
