I know nothing is guaranteed - but I see 21 June says Intl and no review - does this mean that it is highly likely Intl travel will go ahead by then? I understand May 17th is 50/50 - but it seems like June 21, unless things go badly is almost safe to say it will be fine to travel to those countries that accept Brits?

Also - do we know of any testing requirements that will be in place on or around the 17th of May - will they be as onerous as they are now?
