It is just over a year since I arrived back in the UK from my last holiday in the Canaries. I think I can wait a few more months.

Today’s news sounds like worse case planning though once again the government risks the same mistake with education*. I’d rather this, with the vague possibility of changing plans for the better, than than the pre Christmas boosterism.

* Though they may be factoring in suicide rates among older teenagers which is, quite frankly, terrifying.
