I just a got a BMW 530 at SEA. I had to be persistent. They tried to give me an Explorer, pick-up truck, or a Suburban. They went and pulled the bimmer from somewhere else. They weren't very nice about it. Acted like I was being totally unreasonable for insisting on what I had reserved, instead of a truck.
