Issues with Aeroplan eStore operated by RewardOps
Is it common to have significant fulfillment delays with orders from their EStore? I know it's an Apple product, during Covid and the Christmas season, but I ordered an Ipad Air on Dec 2, and they've been continuously delaying the estimated fulfillment date. Every month since then I get in touch with them and they say "We' apologize for you inconvenience....the vendor (Apple) will fulfill it by (fill in the date)." The latest is March 2. I'm betting I still won't have this thing by that date. Anyone else have these issues? Is it just an Apple thing? If I request a points refund, do you think they'd honour it and won't take months to refund? Then i'll just get two $500 Best Buy gift cards. Their stupid website still lists this product as available, and the website still says 3-5 week for fulfillment. Scam
