Practically any restaurant in Florida that serves seafood offers grouper. A grouper sandwich would appear to be the #1 fish demanded by tourists, at least on the gulf side. I prefer snapper, but there’s not a big difference. Both command a premium price as they are wild caught. Both are likely to be fresh as they are local, although you can find frozen filets at the grocery store. If you live here, you probably know a restaurant or two on the coast that has its own fishing fleet.
