Everyone I know who received the AZ jab had flu-like symptoms through the night and into the next day. Mine were particularly bad at night but I recovered quickly about 24 hours after the jab. And everyone I know who had the Pfizer reported a sore arm, in a couple of cases too sore to sleep.

I agree with cws, above, when he says that it doesn't really matter which jab you get. Both are effective enough, and the most important thing is not individual protection but rather the reduction of community transmission. That is the key to opening up travel again.
